Kinesphere Physical Therapy and Pilates uses the Oov in their facility.  The Oov is a 3D piece of equipment that teaches the body how to stabilize, balance and heal.  It is unique to anything else we use in rehabilitation or Pilates.  You may use the Oov in your physical therapy session, in a private Pilates session, or possibly in a Pilates class taught by Katie Cornwell.
